Stone Leather Interior: How does it look in person?

Hi,

I prefer to have tan or lighter colored interiors just bc black gets kind of hot. I don't like the two tone stone interior on the website, but in a few pictures it looked kind of nice.

Just wondering how it looks in person. I'm out of the country right now, so I can't go look at a dealership unfortunately.

If you are talking about Ceramic, then the pictures on the internet do NOT look like the actual color. It is not a greyish color as seen everywhere, its actually a very light brownish. At first I was disappointed but I've grown to accept it. I would not worry about seats getting hot, if your getting the premium versions they have cooled seats. If I could do it over, I would have gotten ebony.

Can't remember who it was but someone with the ceramic stained thier leather within like thier first two weeks by just wearing some new blue jeans

I've had ceramic for 2 months now and not a single stain... and I do wear jeans. I love the color. I'm going to really love it in the summer, compared to black... gets pretty fricken hot in the NM desert in the summer.

it's nice but you'll be using leather cleaner on it to keep it in top shape... same goes for all colored leather.

Any pictures you could post of your interior? There aren't many pictures of the ceramic interior out there.

Here's some I just took... overcast and lightly snowing, so the light level is low... but that's probably better for looking at the color anyway. These appear pretty accurate on my screen. They are a very slightly tan bone color. Not gray. The color looks great with my Ruby Red and would look good with DIB, but probably not so much with Magnetic or Silver.
