There are too many other companies working on IC's to pull the trigger on it. I really like the idea of the stepped IC design that ATM is working on that JerseyDevil posted. If its as nice quality as the pictures I'll spend the money on it. Just have to get caught up from the holiday spending first.
I'm actually +1 with this.

I'm also waiting for all of the other options that I'm sure will be coming out in the next few months.

I'm talking stuff such as...
coilovers
intakes
charge pipes
downpipes

...and intercoolers :) lol

FFTEC is reputable in the BMW N54 world...but not necessarily for fabricating their own hardware like intercoolers as far as I know...only reason I'm a little hesitant

Coilovers I won't do. I had them on the Camaro and loved them until after the first couple winters and everything seized on them. lol. it will be springs and shocks on the car. I still keep looking at intakes just for the noise they make because I still feel this car is too quiet and they are relatively cheap... lol.

yup looking at what FFTec sell its all AMS stuff for Uber pricey cars and almost nothing that is fabricated by them. makes me a bit hesitant as well unless AMS is the company that is helping them produce these parts.

Hi everyone!

Thanks for your interest in our product line! We are akin to AMS Performance as well as ETS as for as our structure and operation. Call either of them and ask about us, you'd be delighted by what information you receive.

It will be very hard to get down EVERYTHING that we do down in one post, but we'll cover some things.

Sorry I haven't kept up with the forum much I've been on the dyno for the past 3 days calibrating out EFR Turbo System for the Mustang EB, using an Accessport. We are working hand in hand with COBB to further the development of 'tune' files and software before it is fully released to the public.

A bit about us:

We are actually a fully functional service, development, and production facility. We design, engineer, and fabricate a wide variety of performance parts; in house, across a wide variety of platforms including BMW, GTR, Porsche, Evo's and now Mustang EB.

We do complete engine building and blueprinting in house and have numerous chassis with our engine assemblies producing well over 1k horsepower in 6cyl and 4cyl engines.

We have an in ground mustang dyno with well over 155 hours of dyno time at over 8200 miles; each pull is approximately 10 to 20 seconds :headbang:

We are NorCals Premiere/exclusive calibration facility for AEM, Haltech, OpenFlash Tablet, COBB, ECUtek, and many others.

We reverse engineers ECU code in house and develop our own tuning suites and solutions for Porsche and Mitsubishi.

We have taken home multiple first place trophies at various Shift Sector events through the years. We have been a sponsor of the event since it started. www.shift-s3ctor.com

We are also a multi first place award winner at Redline Global time attack for several years running. Most recently, we set a new record for the fastest modified AWD class at Buttonwillow raceway park placing 2nd only behind a fully built racecar. Ours chassis was driven to the track for the race, and back home after the event. :D

We are the first company to produce a fully functional single turbo kit for the BMW N54, and held the world record for wheel horsepower at 749hp for over 3 years, on a completely stock engine.

We are the first company to have developed built and produced a fully functional EFR turbo system the GTR (R35) trapping over 200MPH at only 32 PSI of boost. All others in its class are trapping those times on larger turbochargers.

Ive included some photos of a few products in hope of showcasing our craftsmanship and strict adherence to high quality standards. Check out our Welding Basics Guide here.

We produce any number of performance parts including turbo manifolds, downpipes, intake manifolds, chargepipes, intercoolers, etc.

We are home to northern California's faster imports including Evo, GTR, BMW and Porsche, and hopefully the soon the mustang EcoBoost. :clap2:

Soooo... what you're saying is... your parts are pretty nice?
Haha.

I'm interested in your intercooler for the EB Mustang more than anything.

LOL! Absolutely! I'm assembling some data for the intercooler to post up now!

Just want the community to know that we've been doing this for a long time, AND we produce/fabricate our own hardware!

Ahhh. I've seen that Green Porsche. Very nice work. I already have the AP but its very tempting to get the hard pipes, IC, and intake.

That's what I'm hoping to get. One big cooling package!

I am liking the fact that several companies are putting BW turbos on these cars. Liking it very much.

Our intent with the purchase of our mustang EB was to ultimately develop a turbo system for this chassis capitalizing on Borgwarner turbo reliability, performance and wheel engineering.

I'll try to divulge some more info on our system, and where the car currently stands. We are still a bit away from where the we'd like the car to be. 91ACN is the worst for performance!
