Just had a very informative (and admittedly somewhat over my head) Conversation with the gentleman that owns VaporWorx. This discussion came off of the heels of others trying to figure out various types of fuel systems, and how to control them.

For the guys that have return style sytems already in place, and are relying on old fashioned relay control of the pumps with full on, 100% all the time operation- this sytem allows for PWM control of both pumps simultaniously via boost pressure (MAP Sensor). This gets rid of whatever controller or relay block you are using, and controls both pumps at the same speed, but reduces the pump operation by 75% when the demand isn't needed.

For those that have not yet done a fuel system, he offers a controller that uses the OEM FPDM to control your first pump, and this thing can then take the signal from the FPDM to drive the second pump. He explained to me that this system utilizes full FPDM control, while allowing the use of a second pump. This would allow you to use something like the Sai Li twin pump fuel pump bucket and OEM feed line, or something like the Radium hanger and run a new feed line or use appropriate connectors for the OEM feed line.

@engineermike, I'm sure you (and others) would enjoy a conversation with him about how his products work, and certainly some of what he told me, I didn't understand. His name is Carl and he really seemed to know his stuff.

@HKusp Im going to order the ReturnX PWM controller and give it a try. This system should reduce wear on the pumps, and reduce the fuel temperatures in the tank considerably.

He also sells the KPM systems and said they are fantastic, but if you want to run either return or returnless, this company has some interesting solutions that I hadn't seen before.

I look forward to the results you get, I would definitely be interested in purchasing that kit.

Absolutely. If I had to do it over again, I'd go with the returnless controller and my twin pump Radium bucket. Since I already have all of this other crap installed, the ReturnX seems like a great compromise.

Here is the install instructions for the ReturnX Return Type PWM controller for those that like to pre-read this stuff.
