Between getting in a wreck at 75mph and a wreck at 100mph? Either way there is a chance you die at either speed and totally wreck your car. People that attack other people for speeding (in safe conditions) and attempt to say that the speed limit is "safe" are on some kind of delusional drugs.
IMHO speed limits were created because of insurance companies lobbying to the government because of MONEY and not because of safety (they don't want to pay out for deaths and major accidents). Its no different than there being a law that REQUIRES you to wear a seat-belt or a helmet. Do you really need the government to protect you from yourself? You are driving a 3800lb killing machine, that if you hit a person at 10mph, you would probably kill them.
Someone always has to cry and say "Take it to the track, you are breaking the law" because 75 MPH is so much safer than 80 MPH, 85 MPH, 90 MPH....
