For the ease of use and minimal time it would take, I would try a black permanent marker to see how well it hides the scuff. It will eventually wear/wash off, but will take minimal effort and will go on smooth and take maybe 5 seconds per wheel.

I'd have a hard time trusting the shop who did this to also handle subletting work to have the wheels refinished...

The shop offered to repair the wheels at Rim Doctor. A very reputable business that I have had past positive experience with. They'll do a better job than any attempt that I could do. Wheels will be about a week to fix. I'm ok with that.

Installed 19×10 square SP2s with 275/40/19 Continental DWS 06 Plus yesterday. For those of you interested, here is the weight savings from 2021 Black Accent Package wheels w/ Pirellis to this set up.

The only issue is that lmr discontinued these wheels in bronze and they will no longer be available according to their support . I wanted to buy a set when these was on sale for $200, and missed it by a couple days.
