*EDIT: re-phrased my question to hopefully get more input/responses/discussion:

Hey everyone, searched for hours and still not 100% sure so I figured better to ask before pulling the trigger. 2021 GT 10r80 on ESS G3 120mm pulley. ID1050x, stock pump with BAP and running E85.
Yes I know I know, confirmed with logs that fuel pressure isn't dropping up top and car isn't leaning out up top. (I also don't recommend it nor am advertising it as something to do unless you're willing to accept the risks).

The question: I'm adding a twin pump fuel system just to make sure the stock pump doesn't hate life and die on me soon. I'm guessing I'm somewhere in the 650-700 range now, trapping 135mph, I realistically want no more than 750-800. Does anyone run 750-800whp with a similar setup to mine on e85 and stock fuel rail(s)?
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your input. I keep hearing mentions of this company/tuner and that company/tuner testing the limits of the stock rails, is any of this posted anywhere for me to read or watch? I'll keep searching on my own as well.

The question: I want to add the Sai Li system just to make sure the stock pump doesn't hate life and die on me soon.

Does the system install with stock fuel rail or are upgraded rails mandatory, aka it won't even go on without aftermarket rails?
I did ask Sai Li directly on FB, he replied quickly with " Yes you absolutely want to do the fuel rails upgrade". I don't want to keep bugging him on this busy weekend so figured I'd ask some of y'all: does anyone run the Sai Li system with a similar setup to mine on stock fuel rail(s)?
Thanks in advance.
Hey this is Junior from N4Sm, I had the Sai Li system with the stock rails on my 800 whp vortech GT. The car ran good but my tuner said the stock fuel lines, pumps and rails weren't enough. It was a restriction and the car wasn't at its full potential. From my personal experience I would say that system is good for 750. I ended up doing the full Fore Innovations fuel system and haven't had any fueling issues since.

I've already tested it extensively. I've been tuning for 20 years. Factory Gen 3 fuel rails have a very small crossover.

I ran into problems at about 750 wheel on E85… as previously mentioned the crossover is small and starves the rail..di side gets plenty…my fuel pressure was dropping to 27psi.

Thank you gentlemen, I really appreciate it. Sounds like a clear decision then.

I'm currently researching the Arcane/Radium 2 pump system with Radium rails. Sai Li was my original choice, but now comparing it to the Arcane/Radium setup and seems like for only $100-200 more you get a WHOLE lot more/better components.

I'd definitely go Radium over Sais kit. I have Radium in my car.
