Does anyone have an idea/estimate on the power limit for the stock fuel rail on a 2018+ coyote on E85?

Read through quite a bit of the forums but couldn't find anything conclusive for the 2018+.
I know the 15-17 stock fuel rails are supposed to hold more power (900 - 1000whp) as they don't have to deal with the HPFP for DI but I haven't found anything for the 2018+ rails.

I'm switching to E85 on my ESS centri system so going with a JN2NING return style fuel system with the dual pump Radium hat but not sure if I need to upgrade the fuel rails.
I'll be shooting for an absolute max of 750 - 770 whp on 11 psi and never plan to go beyond that.

Any help is appreciated

It's not so much a "limit" per say as it is stress on the fuel system. Smaller and more restrictive rails simply mean the pump has to work that much harder to deliver fuel to the injectors. Restrictions can get so high it exceeds either the pump capability or overpressure.

All pumps operate on a curve and the higher the pressure (to overcome fluid friction and restrictions) the less flow.

Fuel rails are relatively cheap (compared to the overall cost of a good fuel system). At the power levels you're talking about, you could probably get away with the stock rails, but why not just upgrade them and be done with it.

I can’t see stock 15-17 rails supplying enough fuel for 900-1000whp on e85. That’s a lot of fuel to push through a 3/8 fuel line

I'd think the tank sender to rails line would need upsizing also.

Upgrade the rails , I did with just bap , dw 400 and seen a great improvement in fuel pressure drop.
You did rails? Show us what you did and how much less of a drop did you get? Stock rails aren't too bad it's just that tiny crossover feed.

I did vmp fuel rails, I went from dropping 15 psi to dropping nothing at high rpm.

Same weather conditions? Definitely post up some pics, I'd like to see where they tap into to go to the DI pump.

Not at home but here is a pic, actually the weather was colder today.

One thing I noticed it relocates the pressure sensor to that main block before all the rails so your pressure readings might not be as accurate. Then it feeds the DI last. One thing to check out is how the wot short term trims look now at the same rpm and compare from before, that will help tell more.
