Thank you. I raced yesterday the 23rd, not the 21st. DA at Woodburn Dragstrip was 370 at 9am. This is my home track I race all summer at….it really doesn’t matter to me if the DA is -500 or 5000, I’m still racing. It should be a 10.8 car next season with the nest round of mods.

My last dyno session was 461WHP, car weighs about 3390 now..

It’s a base GT with only 2 options added(A10 and 3.55’s) I don’t think Ive removed more then about 350. Passenger and backseat removed. OEM mufflers and resonator removed. 1 piece driveline. Billet Specialties forged wheels(very lite weight). Lite weight front crash bar. No wipers or motor. Hoosier rear are very lite, ET street fronts are very lite. Nothing in the trunk. Windshield wiper tank is empty. Front Baer drag brakes…that’s about all I can remember.

Well, finally got our 10 sec pass(barely😂). Today was our last race for the year. We’ve got more goodies planned for this winter to hopefully put us in the 10.8’s consistently for next season.
Previous best was 11.006 with a 1.72 60’
Today was 10.991 with a 1.68 60’

Congrats! Welcome to the N/A 10-second club!
That looked like an awesome pass, solid 60'. Nice work on the build. I'm looking forward to seeing what the cams do for you next season.

Thank you, it definitely took more then I thought it would. 2 years, 95 passes and lots of overtime😂 I’m really hoping the cams, k-member and Aerospace drag brakes can put us in the 10.8’s on good days. It’s been a struggle but I’ve enjoyed all of it, especially doing it with my 19yr old son.

You had mentioned that you didn't know what the air was, so we were answering that question.

The weather on that lap was based on your own ET slip.

As we said the 1st time, it was a tite hit.

It’s a dedicated 1/4 mile car….it’s not driven on the street.
Awesome to hear of your accomplishment. Getting into the 10’s being NA is fantastic. If a 2022 GT A10 is your dedicated drag car, what’s your daily? I’m very jealous. I need to find another job.😁

Thanks, my daily is nothing special….it’s a 2022 Ram 1500. I bought the Mustang so my son and I had something we could do together. It’s been awesome so far.

Cool that you can own a dedicated race car. I remember driving past the road to the Woodburn drag strip on the way down to Walmart on I-5 decades ago when we used to live in SE Portland. Must be nice to run a car not too high above sea level. It sucks out here at 5000 feet as I can definitely feel the loss of power compared to back in HI. But, it's still a fun street car to drive.

Woodburn dragstrip is a pretty nice track. The track prep is always very good and consistent! If the weather permits, we can run from end of March to end of September. We’ve been able to make almost 50 passes this year and last year.

Congrats! what fuel? guessing e85?

Seems it should be trapping a bit higher. Many moons ago my e85 tune/JLT intake/stock exhaust 2018 car was going mid 11's at 123-125 pretty consistently in shit 3000+ DA here in AZ.
