8/20/2023 marks the one year anniversary since I took delivery of my 2022 Ecoboost Convertible, so I thought this would be a good time to review a few key points from that first year. I ordered the car in late-Feb 2022, it was built at the end of July 2022, and I picked it up on 8/20/2022. I have attached the window sticker and a few photos.

Current Mileage: ~18,000 miles; estimate less than 2,000 miles interstate, not driven (stored in my heated garage) mid-October to mid-February.

Pros: Great car and no problems or issues; average ~31-32mpg; love the turbo power when desired or needed, the handling, and the looks; lots of cruising with the top down.

Cons: None.

Notes: Stock tires wearing pretty rapidly from spirited/fun driving; it is the “Coastal Edition” so it is appropriate that it has visited both the Atlantic and the Pacific, with lots of mountains in-between; a few rock chips, none serious except for a cracked windshield which will be replaced soon. States cruised: Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Utah, Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Nevada, and California; more in the future 🤞🤞🤞.

BOTTOM LINE: I LOVE THIS CAR! I’ll be keeping it for quite some time!

Congrats, i had an 2017 ecoboost, it was a great car, fantastic gas mileage and the t turbo was plenty quick… i wished it was a convertible like yours…. summertime tires are great traction but i had to replace mine at around 16k miles.
Heres hoping many more fun and trouble free years…

ps. Beautiful background in that photo!

This marks the my 8th summer with a 3.7 vert. The S550 in any of the packages is great for those who desire a convertible experience.
I suggest as you seem to like road trips the north east.
Cadillac Mountain along with the Acadia park is a great destination point along with the areas coast line.

Has been a long time since I did motorcycle and car trips in the NE. Yep, beautiful country! Plan to spend a few weeks in WV in October visiting friends and family, and cruising through some nice fall colors. 🤞🤞🤞

Agree with DANA, being from maine i might be biased but its a great place to visit smd run with the top down… open roads, not a lot of traffic (after labor day) and coastal roads & views…

Not sure which route you plan to take, but if you have time to go through Galena Territory in eastern IA/western IL it’s hilly and quite beautiful in the fall.

Thanks. My trip to WV will be a quick one as I will be on a trip with two other Mustangs to Wyoming Tetons, Yellowstone, Beartooth, and Big Horn Mountains. From there to WV quickly to get back for a high school reunion. More relaxed after that so we shall see!
