I agree, same with the eray, the price of 120k makes it unattainable for lots of people. When the c8 came out with a base price of 59k it was kind of a poor mans super car.
the z06 and eray coming in around 125-130 makes it not attainable….
and btw… the c8’s are far from ugly…..
It is pleasantly surprising how good the mileage is in these GT’s. I take secondary roads to work, in maine where most times im moving steady at 45-55 mph. Ill consistently get 22-23 mpg
for an 8 cylinder engine im thrilled with the mileage, my old 2017 ecoboost used to get about 25-26 on...
Nice to hear, i also a 22 vert and think the audio is lacking at best… ive gotten quotes from 2 local audio shops, one suggested replacing the amps increasing power with a quote price of over 3000, another shop suggested a total replacement, amps, speakers, subwoofer… 4500$ both prices are out...
Lol that is what i was thinking, sorry no help on the op question, but as much as black looks fantastic - i own a shadow black, sparkles great when clean but is a pita to keep clean!
This is my first black car, it looks stunning cleaned up…. 5 minutes later its dirty looking.
Much better design, i always lose half the soap while filling the old style small mouthed bottle….
and really i like the foam cannon wall mount bracket from max shine in your photo.
Great idea, i currently have mine (2) in their original boxes, tossed on a shelf. That wall mount 42$ ouch, but...
Lol my driveway is not a mile, but 250 feet and backing out in the dead of winter at 530 am.. i could use a little light
heres a pic from my ecoboost as i backed out of the driveway, across the road and rolled off into the gully.
id like to say it was poor lighting, but it was more just me not...
Ive been considering replacing my 22 gt backup lights, long dark driveway, i was looking for a brighter backup light.
Cj lists 2 lights, one with 310 lumens the other with 800 lumens. For the extra few $$$ id probably go for the 800 lumens light….
Any idea how many lumens the stock backup...
Lol
This year, i feel ive made the best decision ever, being from maine, as always i put my car away first snow/sleet or really upon the first application of salt/sand and that brine application they put down which is so bad for the underside of my car…. This year, we had a fairly mild winter...
I have to agree, its a little disconcerting- in a somewhat fun way - when the ass end lets go. Totally stock GT
I start work at 6:00 am, last week on the way in, i got on the car after a light and the rear end let go while at around 25 mphs while accelerating upward.
It startled the heck out...
Ok like rock n roll also admitted, i have Never ever thought to wear driving gloves…. Not to protect the steering wheel or for the traction factor. But you guys have me thinking now….
a nice pair of Italian driving gloves may be in my future….
i started spraying it under my truck - maybe a little late, a few years ago after my transmission lines rotted and leaked, the outside of the truck looked great but the underside showed lots of corrosion starting. I spray about 6 cans every fall now hoping to curb the corrosion. Since i am...
