Are any dealers significantly discounting the few 2023 Mach 1s still trickling in?

Or is it only the ‘22s? I notice Granger is offering some deals on ‘22s.

I am sadly likely about to have to trade my 500 mile ‘22 FJG M1 manual for an automatic.

Also, is there a way to look at the window sticker to see appx. how long the dealer has had the car?

There are a few local dealers to me in DFW Texas discounting but the discounts are higher on 22s. For a 23 the most I was offered was $1000 off msrp

knee's or hip? or both.
I had to give up on manuals because of knees.
As for how long it has been in inventory.
I don't think on a mustang and more so on a top trim car, it matter/help much.
It comes down to how willing they are to move it or look at it.
Best of luck.
I'm sure you know this but look at discount and avail apr if taking a loan .
When I was looking the low rate was on that years model not the left overs.
work the numbers everyway. unlesss you find THE car. you have to have.
Good luck.

My window sticker has a blend date on top. M Add one more week for “Built” and add 3-10 weeks for “Delivered”. Although, for mine, it was 15 weeks since Blend date. Something went wrong this last winter for shipping.

Funny you mention Oursman in Manassas. I live a little north of there and saw that they had 10 in stock (mostly autos) but they had two 22’s that they had $5k under MSRP, including a HP! I went and test drove the HP to see where we could get with it… it had 51 miles on if if I remember correctly, and everything inside just made me think the porters or someone had dogged on it hard. I ended up passing but had gotten them down on the two 22’s pretty steep. I’ll pull up the sheet and confirm, but I believe it was $7k under MSRP for either 22 (they have a silver and white). I ended up buying a purple with recaros from a good buddy who also owns a dealership. Paid a little more, but got a ‘23. Figured that might be worth something down the line… who knows.

I pitched them 10k under. They weren't quite that desperate yet

I just purchased my car from Gengras Ford in CT this Saturday.

It is a new (left over) Iconic Silver '22 Mach 1, 6-speed, HP, 700A car. MSRP was $64,740. Sale price was $61,160.
Car was discounted $3600.
Not the best deal out there, but it is EXACTLY how I would have Ordered it.

Car is only 100 miles away which counts for something as well.
Flying in someplace a 1,000 miles away and road tripping a car home sounds fun, but it's also time consuming and a considerable expense....So is having it shipped.

It might be just me, but I swear there are better deals to be had on automatic, 600A and NON HP cars.
I fully expect some killer deals to hit on the 23's in the next couple of months.
Also thinking the '22, 6 speed, HP cars will be picked over VERY soon.

Good luck in your search

So I just bought my 2023 Mach 1 in Southern California and felt fairly happy with getting $1,500 below MSRP and no add-ons at all. I know it doesn't sound the greatest but from shopping around in SoCal I definitely was comfortable with this deal. Did find a 22 for about 5k below but the dealership was being kind of sneaky about the add-ons and their possible costs. Then most of the other dealerships around here were being quite cocky about mark-ups in the 3-8k range to include another 2-4k of garbage add-ons.
