Besides the fact that Cup 2s are fairly soft compound track tires, the HP Mach 1s came from the factory with a track focused alignment. To make the tires last a bit longer you should have your alignment set to the street use specifications that are in your owner's manual.

Mustangs are great for parts availability but I have picked up some Mach 1 specific parts that are likely to wear or be hard to find over time because I tend to keep my cars a long time.

Since you Since you asked, I was awarded first for the 22-23 Mach 1 group. The real award was hanging out with everyone.

Final count of registered vehicles at the show for 2026 was 3538. Just shy of a record but still an amazing turnout. The current record was 2024 with 3572 vehicles.

I'm sure they base it all on the early entries. We (21-23 Mach 1s) have been getting a little smaller each year it seems. Of course, it gives us twice as many trophy opportunities and I think the group size for each part was not that far off from many of the other Mustang groups on the show...

Picked up 1st in class B546 (2022-2022 Mach 1). Had a great time meeting a lot of new people and sharing stories. For once, Sunday was actually kind of busy with quite a few cars returning. We might have another record turnout this year, the Bronco people really brought it.

Just easier. The point where I connected to positive still goes directly to the positive terminal. The size of the eyelets on my charging cable pigtail and the length of the pigtail were a perfect match for the points I used.

Positive can go direct to the terminal but negative must be before the BMS which is connected directly to the negative terminal.
