The additional traction will make up for the minimal weight added. Hell I could stand to lose 12lbs and then it's an equal exchange.

I have the braces new in box laying around (intended to put them on my Bullitt but never got to and now have a Mach 1 6-speed).

With you and ChitownStang having an A10 and speaking about the benefits for hard launches, do you notice any benefits for handling and do you think a manual Mach 1 would benefit?

I installed these along with the subframe bolt bushings and noticed a difference under harder acceleration. When I added the g-trac brace in the front my cornering also seemed to improve.

Not sure, I have the short rails.

I would trade the jacking rail for the IRS brace any day and 3 times on Sunday. You can use the brace as a jacking point or as a jack stand point. Steeda doesn't advertise it but the braces tie the subframes together.

I have both installed on my GT500 and they work/fit like a champ with a little room to spare. This is one of the reasons why I went with all Steada parts.
