Not to mention according my own datalogging and graphs found online, Gen 3's only start using DI at 50% engine load and higher rpm's a lower loads. So anytime your cruising on the highway or accelerating lightly PI is mostly being used.

Can you share some of those datalogs and or online resources? I always thought it was exactly the other way around eg. DI used for most of the time (especially at low RPMs and light load for efficiency) and then gradually bringing in PI at higher RPMs and loads to supplement the increased fueling needs that the DI injectors could not handle on their own.

I questioned the validity of what they stated at first until I used forscan to watch duty cycle on both pi and di noticed while normal driving the di wasn't even being utilized. I had to really put my foot in the gas to get any di fueling.

That's interesting. Does the DI fueling start coming in around 2000rpm or so? I remember in the big "2k rattle" thread some mention that the noise is DI related which might make sense if you say that DI is not active right away.

It looks like 3k at really low loads. I've noticed in mine the 2k rattle happens at high vacuum situations so basically low load. I think it's vacuum related because when it happens I can get back on the throttle slightly and it stops.

I can't seem to find any info on this except for guys with the ecoboosts. Does a 15-17 need one of those intake cleaning services?
Regardless of the Coyote having port fuel injection combined with direct fuel injection your best line of defense is using Top Tier Fuel and IMO a quality oil separator.
I’m an advocate of the Ford Performance separator, the capacity is more than adequate for extended drain intervals of 10k on motors with a good ring seal.

šŸ˜‚ Not if your running e85. I checked my diy catch can the other day, holds about 8oz of fluid. Since running e85 all winter it had about 2 Oz of oil and maybe 4oz of water. I can't be sure of the miles but it's only been a couple of months since I last emptied it.
