I recently installed this thing. It does what it is supposed to. I can adjust the friction zone closer to the floor.

I once suffered in agony trying to get the trans back on the jack while being under the car. I got the larger 6 ton jack stands, but wasn't quite enough.
Another tip to add is to insert the top bolts into the holes before jacking the trans back up for install. Same with reinstalling the...
Remove the link from the sway bar on the other side. Then grab the sway bar on the side you just unhooked and shake it up and down to see if you can hear this link make clunking noises.
I installed these recently.

I also did the spherical toe link bearing at the same time. I think I may experiment first and remove the CB005 and see how it compares running without it. Maybe some kind of dB app to do a before an after. Maybe my car has always been noisy.
Last year I installed the CB005 lockout along with the BMR TCA048 poly verticle links. This introduced a descent amount of NVH on the highway. I am looking at alternatives to see if I can reduce NVH. The CB762 by itself doesn't do a hard lockout of the cradle. It just adds bracing. My...
Looks like I need to replace my differential bushings due to one being cracked. I'd like to upgrade, but also retain the lowest added noise. Other boltons I have seem to have increased highway noise a bit. Kelltrac Rubber seems to be top on the list. I also found WhiteLine bushings...
I disagree. I buy a lot of stuff for my other hobbies. For decades. I also make a living out of selling online. Restocking fees in those industries is only considered when something is opened and no longer sealed in factory packaging. Margins are pretty terrible in the automotive industry...
I recently order a handful of items from Steeda direct. Before the order arriveed to me I realized one of the items, $35 trans bushing mount was redundant for me since I had an MGW shifter. Once I received the order I asked if I could ship it back since it was still unopened in the original...
Picked up a paxton kit and need the intake tube which connects to the stock airbox. Would also need a MAF cover for the stock airbox if you had that as well.
I bought a flywheel locking tool, however, it didn't work for me. Kept slipping off no matter what I did. In a search for other options I found this pic which worked for me. I didn't get a pic of my actual usage for it on the Mustang, but this did the trick! Figured I'd share for anyone else...
I've been running with the steeda clutch assist spring for a while. Loved the feel with it. Last week I installed an EXEDY clutch and noted how it felt stiffer. So I decided to put the OEM assist spring back in the clutch pedal. I seem to like it with this new clutch. Any one else do this?
Thanks for sharing your experience. I recently attempted to swap my rack and found out the hard way that a PP1 rack will not work in my non PP. I went to great lengths to make it work with forscan beta. The rack eventually worked, but didn't allow me to select drive or steering modes. I...
I just ordered some this last weekend when I noticed mine were cracked. I ordered the Steeda version which looks exactly like Nolathane or whiteline. I think they use the exact same product picture. The steeda were on sale for $40...
