I have been in LUV with the 2013 B302 in Grabber Blue since I first saw one in person. I've never driven one, but I've had numerous 2017-2021 Mustang GT's as rental cars from Avis.
When I started seriously looking for a replacement for my Mercedes, I searched high and low for an unmolested accident free 2013 B302 in Grabber Blue. I almost pulled the trigger on a couple until I saw the 2022 MACh1 offered in Grabber Blue. Can't say which I would buy or keep, but I'm enjoying the MACh1 ! Either one are awesome replacements for my old Grabber Blue 71 Maverick Grabber! Been a sucker for that color since I first saw it @ my father's Ford dealership way back!

For those who have never seen it, here's probably THE rarest 2012 B302LS... The only one built in Grabber Blue w/ Black livery.
VIN: 1ZVBP8CU6C5199982
Winning bid was $450k

I truly loved my Boss. Only 2 things that bugged me (which eventually caused me to sell): high RPM lockout, and oil consumption.

Compared to the GT350 (using in place of the M1 here) it did feel more raw. But the GT350 feels much more refined.

It’s a tough call honestly. I’d probably take the M1 though if I had to choose!

Reviving a few week old thread. There’s a handful of S197 Boss 302’s on the block at Mecum next week. Will be interesting to see what they go for

Thanks for posting. Not sure why the white 2013 is listed as an LS. I’m not aware of any 2013 LS’s being in any other color than the SBY or Black/Silver.

Good catch, that didn’t really jump out at me when I saw it for some reason. It’s either been repainted or someone swapped the taillight panel and is lying about it being an LS because it’s got the LS badge.

Next thing you know they’ll start calling a Boss 302 non LS a “base” model like they do the Mach 1 PP’s vs. the HP LOL.

I miss my 2013 Boss with the full AST MOTON suspension, we had that dialed in, it was seriously a drivers car. Handled well on the hockenheim, Nurburgring and silver stone. That’s the car that pushed me to get my open wheel license overseas. Only reason I sold it was due to a German waving a crazy amount of cash in my face.

With that said, I’d still get a Mach 1 over my boss and I’d get a GT350 over my boss. Two still very raw cars with much more capability and refinement.
