I'll keep the 18 CAI. very small difference with the 350.

From everything that I can tell from pictures the Bullitt and Mach manifold are the same as the GT350 with the connectors up top.

Bullitt & Mach 1 manifold are a different Ford part number vs. GT350 manifold part number.
The question becomes does the part number difference equal something physically different or not ?

I found a 2# increase with the 350 CAI. Same night and same fuel trims.
So you are right, not much.

Im almost sure they are the same. What is different is the throttle body.

TB is digital protocol on 2018+ 5.0, Bullitt & Mach 1
15-17 5.0 & GT350 TB is analog.
