When you have a moment, check the top of your window sticker. You should see a sequence, "###/###". For the day the car is initially entering the line, that is where you are in line that day. "123/789" would be the 123rd of 789 that are entering the line that day.

I noticed your blend date is 07/26, when they expect to have all parts for assembly on-hand and at the ready. The blend and built (like when it's running on its own) dates will most likely be different once complete.

The very bottom of the sticker, the date on the edge, is the date the official window sticker was produced/published.

Happy to see things moving along for so many now.
OK mine has 159/1176 but where does it tell you what day it entered? There is another number above that one: 007162
Blend date is 7/25

And over 40% of all Mach 1's :like:
Yeah. After seen eruption green in pics, I’m kinda regretting the FJG. But…I already have a Royal crimson and it’s a pain to keep clean.

But that green looks awesome. I also saw grabber blue in person a couple of weeks ago…if it didn’t had the recaros I would’ve bought it. Only had 47 miles on it when they returned it to the dealership due to not having vent seats (I live in FL and it’s July 🤣)

Either way, I really loved avalanche gray in the 350 and FJG is the closest I’ll ever see. Also the orange details looks great, I know it will live forever.

On the sticker near the bottom is the SPECIAL ORDER block. The date there is the invoice date, which is the date the car went into production. I’ll bet yours is 07 18 22 since you seem to be running one day ahead of me.

Yes, the Orange accent stripes, brakes and bits make the FJG package.

Check out the link when you have a moment. The definitions are a bit different than what I gave earlier (and probably more accurate, LOL) and gives good detail.

BLEND DATE
1633617466655-png.png

You should get your window sticker about a week before your "blend" date. Blend is the point where the chassis and body meet on the assembly line to go through final assembly. The work on the body and chassis has already begun a few shifts before this date. My blend above shows "2021/10/14" So my Bronco is scheduled to go down final assembly on 10/14.

PLACE IN LINE
1633617679030-png.png

This shows I am the 496th out of 881 scheduled units to begin the final assembly process on 10/14. FYI, This number is both Bronco and Ranger since they run down the same line.

EDIT 10/19: This number has become bigger recently, due to MAP orders processing in larger batches. This number is not always a daily or weekly total, it had been a daily total for a few months due to production orders sent to MAP for processing in a daily batch. Recently they have been sent in larger 3/4 day batches, so this number is in the few thousands.

ROTATION #
1633617861032-png.png

Number next to blend date is the rotation number. This is the main number production workers pay attention to. It is the master sequencing number. 4015 will blend after 4014. 496/881 is a scheduled target, but they may be a bit behind or ahead for the day/week. Rotation number will roll back to 0001 after 9999.

So today is your blend date, now what. You wait! The final assembly process takes more than a shift to complete, lets say 1.5 shifts to get from blend through final QC. If your rotation number comes up on end of first shift or during second shift, you will not be complete until the next day.

Once your build is complete, the Ford system should send you a build email, but its not that simple. Some people get them quick, some are delayed days.

So you and @traxiii are only a few hundred away from each other. Close-by, all things considered. Cool. Actually, a bit more than cool. Of the tens of thousands of Mustangs being built this year, you and several others are aware of being on the line together.

Nope, 7/19/2022 but my sequence number is really low or lower than yours: 159/1176 or 2695

It’s interesting how our car production is pretty close. Learning a lot! Man, won’t it be nice when we have our cars and can spend time driving and enjoying vs spending so much time on this forum!!!!! I’m so ready!
