Yo Yo Yo:

I was able to pick up an 8" Navigation out of a 2020 Mustang GT. Ford cannot tell me if my 2019 is compatible with the 2020. Has anyone had any experience here? Been reading threads and not seeing it. The kicker is, the 2020 had heated seats, my 2019 does not. Outside of a different bezel , I wasnt sure this would even work................or if I should sell it

Keep it simple. Reach out to our resident infotainment expert. He will tell you what you can do, how to do it, and supply the any parts you need.

It's completely compatible. The heated seats and heated steering wheel can be configured with ForScan depending on whether your car has them or not.

It will work fine as they are the same - direct plug and play. The seat buttons on the bezel will light up but obviously not do anything without the heaters/coolers installed. You can find a bezel that doesn't have those buttons if it really bothers you. Pro tip: keep a small pick handy when you remove the dash trim, some of the little retaining clips like to get stuck and you'll have to fish them out or try to push them through the back of the dash and hope they fall out onto the floor. You can order backups incase you lose any.
