Someone selling the car for you and collecting a fee for the service (usually a % of the selling price) It is in between selling it yourself or selling it to a dealer. You may try auctioning it at bring a trailer https://bringatrailer.com/ or cars and bids https://carsandbids.com/, if you want to sell it yourself
Cool. This is really helpful. I have about 3.5 months before I leave so I have enough time to sell it for myself.

Any recent data on M1s being sold so I know what's a fair price for my ride?

You may check current listings in CarGuru for an idea. Remember that dealer asking is different than actual sale. I would take it to CarMax for a quote of what is the minimum amount a dealer would pay

Honestly It looks pretty good for you just going off of Autotrader Here, Here, and Here. I'd ask for much more than $60k. $79k seems like a stretch but hey, you can always start by giving yourself room to go down if your selling it yourself 😁

Definitely not planning to sell for $79K especially on these forums. If I can get what I paid for it, Ill sell it.

Externally, probably will see in case if there folks aggressive enough.

Cool. Will do that. Thanks! :)
Sad to see you selling your car but congrats on the move to Vancouver. Coming up towards my neck of the woods! Fair warning, the weather you have where you’re at…….is not like what we have here :giggle:

Just made a post internally. Comes out at $78K. All of 2021 for waiting and I give it up for what I paid is interesting.

Weirdly, I have not even taken much trips apart from that. I have only driven like 100 miles since then. I might drive more as time permits here. Life changes fast.

Thank you. :)
You should easily get MSRP until the '22s start rolling in, or trade it in on a Bronco. A guy on YT says he was offered $8K over what he paid (not sure what that was) for his Race Red M1...supposedly.

MSRP doesn’t cut it for taxes, PPF, warranty.

MSRP is very easy to find though. Most dealers in CA are okay with that.

I doubt you’ll recover taxes and PPF. From my experience, most buyers don’t care if you did a PPF in your car. Regarding warranty, if it is an extended warranty then you can call your selling agent (the finance guy?) to cancel it and get back a pro rata amount

Frankly if my PPF and Taxes are not coming back, I just won’t sell. :)

I hope I am wrong because you are asking a potential buyer to pay taxes for your taxes. Basically you want MSRP + $5-6K taxes + $5K PPF, right? That may be even higher than some of the dealership markups

Would be the same as finding one on a lot that has a $5-6k adm. plus with lack of inventory and potentially buyers out there that didn’t get a car or had theirs cancelled this one could appeal to them. In my area compared to buying from a dealer it would be getting off easy. I didn’t find out what the local place wanted for the 2 HP cars they got but their base no option Mach’s were $20k adm and both sold

It's a good thing you saved a bunch getting it from Granger.
