Yep, that was me, lol. The good news is Costco rotates their rebates so some months its it's another tire and Michelin will rotate back around and have a rebate again. That’s a little cheaper than what I paid.
I just went through the same thing discount tire they even called Michelin and said they have 315’s but they had to order them but I never heard back from discount tire so I just went ahead and bought them from tire rack ( I did call them twice)
Interesting to note that Discount Tire now owns Tire Rack. Left hand doesn't know what the right is doing since one has them and one doesn't. Going to Costco.
Discount Tire wouldn't play ball with Costco's pricing and with the 5 year road hazard warranty Costco has on a tire this expensive it was a no brainer for me. Discount Tire would only match the pricing without the road hazard so that was the deal breaker for me. I usually always shop at Discount Tire but I think they are nickel and diming people with the road hazard stuff now.
