I think it's OP or one of his friends that he sent in to lash out at people because he's too embarrassed to own up to his stupidity. He's obviously another immature child, he just started his account and he's focusing on grammar which I called him out for. Besides, the little dumbass sent me a separate PM lashing out with all the same nonsense that he's crapping out here.

Wow, separate DM/PM takes it to another level. It's funny in his rants about grammar and you correcting it there's still grammar mistakes.
I mean, when you see an all-caps post, your best bet is to scroll the hell past it and pronto.

I'm shocked how cheap insurance is in other states, you guys are lucky!

I'll admit - I'm on the younger side at 27. No accidents/tickets, employed full-time, stay on the folks' plan to get the multi-car discount (though I pay it myself), $250/month. Guess that's metro NY for you.

OP, understand that the people here aren't trying to harm you. They're looking out for your well-being, albeit in a rather bold way in some instances. If you want to buy yourself another Mustang, that's your call. I'd probably sell off whatever parts you had previously and wait for the updated '21s to come.

That being said, you may want to consider something more "normal" for the time being. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't have to be boring - a MK7/8 VW GTI or similar is cheaper, more economical, and still a ton of fun. The key here is that it'll save you from paying an arm and a leg on insurance while letting your driving record (accident-wise) settle down a bit.

Just my .02 - take it as you will.

OK, I'm an old man (56) but you don't want to hear about what I pay for insurance !

I'll tell you anyway, ÂŁ265 per year (about $365)

I don't think precise location (metro NY vs rural NY) makes a difference. I think it's state based. For example I lived in Columbus, GA. My rates were stupid high, but I'm guessing it's because of all the accidents in GA. But dollar for dollar similar drivers probably paid similar rates wherever they live.

Yeah, as a Czech living in the US, I've never owned a car before I came to the US, but I know the liability insurance is dirty cheap compared to the States. :(

That's nuts. Location really matters.

I'm 27, married, and have my Mustang, Audi, and Lexus on my insurance with 100k/300k/100k coverage and its 183 a month in Colorado.

Dunno. I'd be concerned about the $100k deductable.
Not sure if you're making a joke, so maybe a "whoosh" moment for me, but the typical description of insurance limits described as 100k/300k/100k generally mean this:
$100k in bodily injury
$300k in total for body injuries per accident
$100k to other people for property damage
