Stalling was there before the tune? That almost sounds like there is something going on with the converter.

Example

High lift cam
Stock converter
Car stalling at idle

Fix replace converter having a higher stall.

Another way of saying it, the converter is not going into neutral.

Dragging like a clutch, auto trans is never really in natural, it stalls.

Not having enough stall, slows the RPM down engine stalls

Buy the car new, have you ever had the trans serviced?

You had low fuel pressure and lean codes. Replace the fuel pump.

I did get code P061A back in July of last year related to torque converter performance and I never got that code again so you might be right I do have an extended power train warranty but I don’t know how to explain this to the service advisor

But than how would the low fuel pressure code have to do with any of this

P061A is a torque calculation error, not a torque converter error.
Fuel pumps last around 100K using gas. You have e85 so it is working harder.

You think that would cause me to idle rough and cause my car not to move correctly when cold starting

Does the P061A code set again after you clear it?

I would get the trans serviced see where it goes from there.
Autos need to be serviced, there is a lot going on inside. Valving, small fluid passages, can trap trash, clutch partials, has a filter. Transmission serve for your car is more critical than my ol 6sp.

60k, I would think it is due, I would not try to explain anything getting it serviced. Just ask to have it done, one of three things could happen.

1 runs fine
2 gets worse ( a good thing) no need to fight for the repair
3 remains the same

With such an intermittent problem, the process of elimination applies.

E85 and fuel pump wear, I seem to remember something about that. Dan could be on to something.
I remember not only was the fuel hard to find, there were other things about it that holds me off.

The thing is with the issue I have no lasting check engine code they all go away and it’s sucks cause it doesn’t leave me with much
