Squatters shouldn't get rights.
It dates back to an old English law that when a villager did not make use of their field to grow crops someone else was able to come in use the land and consequently assume ownership.

I just googled and read up on this, every state has a form of this law from old days, people lose entire houses over it, tons and tons of homes in Texas get taken over by squatters, can't evict them and end up owning homes. people building little sheds in a 100 acre area, just taking the land for themselves.

thats a serious issue. ive never even heard of squatting rights til your post. its morally wrong.

Really nice. I've thought about blue strips but have never taken the plunge.

About 4 months ago when I decided to get my first Mustang, this is the look I had in mind. It took a while, but it finally came together. Thanks to everyone here for all the help with my newbie questions over the last few months!

what does CP and EV mean? electric vehicle parking? what about CP?

im starting to see more and more photos of these EV parking spots.. and EV parking lots... its kind of discriminatory.

oh, look nicer parking lot... ooh wait. EV only, crappy gas drivers, park way there in the back. go ahead, with your shitty combustion engine car. yeah. right on back there.

I don't know. That picture was taken at my local Ford dealership and the Mach E was their demo car.

It's a spot to charge an EV ... guess people could be a-holes and park their non-EV there if they wanted to, lol.

I think it may be for student parking with a permit, but if it was at the dealer, could be Corporate Police:cwl:

She forgot that I own additional 5 feet of property, I placed my fence 5 feet on my side, because it looked better as the land goes up.

Now she’s trying to contest the city that she can claim my additional 5 feet of yard because I fenced my fence further on my property and now she has to cut the yard so it’s hers
Put a gate in your existing fence so you can go onto your property on the other side of the fence (without going on her property) and take care of your property so she doesn't have to. There are laws where if someone else continually has to take care of your property then they can eventually legally claim it.
