NO plastic sheath on the raw braided wire? That's gonna abrade something fierce.
It actually has the clear plastic sheathing 👍🙂

By key holder, kind of?

It’s a little leather case for the fob. But behind it, I put a Velcro (the hard spike pattern) size of finger tip on the dash trim,

And on my key fob, I put the soft circle behind top area and when I set it there, doesn’t move. The 2 Velcro pieces mate. Had it on a year, hasn’t moved off my key or anything. It won’t move off the dash but I assume once a year I might swap the soft piece that’s on back of fob. Got a billion of them for like 5 bucks

The iPhone holder is joy.

I hope you ordered the 5spur arm rest, that’s my favorite thing in my car.

I bought these, should arrive Tuesday according to tracking. Paid $70 for them.

Said was bought in 18 for 15-17 and only used 3k miles til he sold car.

I’m going to paint them grabber blue. I don’t know if they are perfectly smooth inside, but I’m going to ask for them to sand them down nice and smooth if not

Dude, I dig this 😎👍
Thanks! I highly recommend. Exremely nice quality and shipped from across the pond really quickly.

Dude I dig the new buttons. I like mine but I much prefer yours

Thanks! I kinda wish they offered the new one without the little bottom LED hole like the older style you have but in person it's way less awkward looking than in photos. The blue does look really good too.

I don’t understand what you mean. Does the original have a light on bottom of the button? I don’t remember.

I like mine don’t get me wrong. I think your lettering etc looks nicer. It’s a button and it’s blue and metal, so I’m happy eitherway. Feels nice pushing

Plus, it matches the grabber blue lettering in my shift knob. I filled it with touch up paint and cleared it. But it had some weird affect, and the paint looks like it crystallized under the clear. Lol kinda neat effect

sorry I meant this:
button_led.jpg

5spurs 18-21 style has a second LED hole at the bottom for the red pulsing effect and the normal one at the top for the green "ON" light.

I just think this would have been a little cleaner looking.

Just bought a ryobi Dremel set, it comes with 3 fiberglass Dremel circular blades. can those cut the grille plastics? or do I need to buy new Dremel cutting circle blades.

installing Velossa Tech snorkels, wanting to make sure I got the right cutting stuff so I can do it.
let me know if I need a different disc.

im going to cut the end pieces out with the grille still attached to bumper, no reason why I can't right? I don't see why not, as long as bumper is off the car. should be plenty of room for the little Dremel disc

you will be fine. I used a Dremel the first time I did it with metal cutting disks. The second time I did it, I used an oscillating tool which was much much faster. Got a triple pack of 60 (or 80), 120, and 240 grit sand paper pad to smooth everything out. first used the lowest and went to 240.
