Is that for lowering center of gravity or some other thing?
Yes it's for lowering the center of gravity for handling purposes, but also to possibly avoid leaking mounts, which admittedly hasn't happened to me and won't now that they will have been replaced soon.

Got the passenger side Steeda Progressive spring and Ford Performance shock installed tonight. Plan to tackle the driver side Wednesday night. Also painting calipers and upgrading brake pads.

Even though my work was cancelled yesterday and today, the top pic is from yesterday morning. By mid afternoon, the sun had melted and dried most of the roads except bridges and shady areas. This morning it was 16F and still a lot of ice chunks on the roads and bridges. Not worth it to take her out.

Drove to the high school parking lot. Spent time carving doughnuts in the snow. Been along time since I've been able to do so. Like 50 some years. :sunglasses:
