I’ve got a couple of Lego mustangs but smaller scale than that one of yours :

They weren’t new for Christmas though, for Christmas I’ve built the Ironman that the kids got me and I’ve been helping the eldest with the Harry Potter knight bus and Hedwig :sunglasses: (Hedwig is cool if your into that kind of thing).

I have the EPM sequencers and I like them - the further back you are the more effective they look :like:

I saw posts online about the EPM sequencers being a bit fast but theyre still nice and not too expensive compared to other options.

Yeah, lego is a fun little Christmas thing to do, few beers and food while working through the booklet lol the Mrs had the Disney castle last year and it took a while to complete :crackup:

@GR11M

Now that you have done that, please could you give me a really good description of how to remove the little piece that’s sticking out funny on the left of the picture :

Without damaging it in anyway ?

Cheers,

To remove it you have to pop the 2 clips on the right side and then slide off the hook the other side.

Definitely interested to see how this goes, something I'm looking at doing myself. Keep us posted!
The ballasts and leads are in country now. I have just ordered a pair of Osram Nightbreaker bulbs in D3S. Should have this upgrade done some point in January.

:thumbsup: Do reckon they will get through an MOT given they are a higher wattage? My MOT is Feburary so I will probably wait till then if it works out.

I'm not sure, I've never seen them take any notice before ir how they would test. At worst I could swap the boards over so the guys of the 35 are in the 25 cases.

Don’t worry Mot doesn’t test headlights any more. As long as they light up it’s a pass. They no longer check beam alignment or brightness since the advent of HID let alone LED. If they did, all new cars would fail an mot due to brightness dazzling oncoming traffic.

Exotic Pony Mods sequencer wiring was finally delivered from Australia so have installed them today, left side was a 2min job but working around the Subwoofer was a bit of a pain.. Really impressed tbf, such an improvement.

I pulled the sub out (2 min job) to give better access. I stuffed the box with polyfil whilst it was out and added some nicer mounting bolts when it went back in :like:

Stand close to the back of the car, in the dark, stare at your lights and unlock it - I dare you ... :cwl:
