Hey guys I’ve lurked for awhile and am doing a P1X install on my 89 Fox Gen 3/10R80 swap.
My question is, how much boost are you seeing and what kind of power? List your pulley size, power, and fuel if you don’t mind! I am starting with a 4.38 and want to know what I should expect.

*Pic attached of the install

I’m on a 4.25 pulley and seeing 13 psi at 7500. I haven’t dyno’d on this pulley but when I was on a 4.5 pulley I put down 820 at 8000 rpm. I’m on a d1x though

Awesome. So I’d imagine at 7500 I would probably see 750rw on a 4.38. Perfect for what I’m wanting. N/A it’s already a rocket. Been 10.90’s at 128 with no burnout on the street via a Dragy.

Feed it the E.
It is, have a barrel of E98 when the E sucks. Has a full return system, ID 1050x and a MagnaFuel 750. She good to go till 1,000rw

I would expect 10-12psi depending on the exhaust setup.

Have you already caged it?
No cage yet, but is braced and built throughout as it used to have a cage. Mini tubs, built rear etc. Exhaust setup is Longtubes and full 3” exhaust out the back.

I would imagine you will see 9-11 psi. Lower the better.

You will need a cage soon. You should be in the 8s after you drop a couple pulls sizes.
Trust me I know. The car will not see a track for awhile I’m sure. They probably wouldn’t even let it run lol Mostly highway stuff. I was thinking high 8’s too

That’s nasty. I would expect that to be high 9s at the track. You should be cutting 1.3-1.5 60s.
Honestly if expect low 9’s with this pulley. If it goes slower than 9.50’s I’ll be very surprised. It all will rest on the 60’ though. It has 325/50’s though so hooking shouldn’t be an issue

I was talking about N/A. With the blower high 8s with traction shouldn’t be a to hard to accomplish. All about getting the weight down in those cars.

Yea it’s 2900 without me. About as light as it’s getting. Manual brakes manual steering and this in the trunk

No cage yet, but
