Bro, let me put it this way. I have seen a supercharger manufactures logs. Their calibration on 93 oct ramps up to 20 degrees. They offer warranty..... And it isn't Roush. If you haven't heard, roush's tune sucks. I have more than 40 logs on my 93 tune. No issues at all and even in 95 degree weather.
Ok, LOL just don't come crying if shit happens. Anything over 18 degrees on pump gas at that boost level and you are asking for trouble. I've personally have seen motor scatter at that timing On stock internals and similar boost. But what do i know.

Clearly not much, sorry. I'd suggest staying NA. Anytime you add FI to a car thst was built to be NA, you are reducing the life of the engine regardless of how much timing you are running. The majority of engines that let go are tuned by shit tuners. I have now had 3 tuners for my car. A local, Lund and Ken B. Ken's is by far makes the modt power, the smoothest and has never knocked. He also requested the most logs. Ken had me log 7 3rd pulls and revised the tune each time making slight changes. Then when he was happy, had me do another log. If it wasn't safe then he would have backed off, it is his reputation. And if you haven't noticed, he is always busy. Not only that, as said before, there is a large supercharger manufacturer that their calibration will ramp up to 20 degrees on 93oct; I have seen the logs. They have thousands of hours of R&D and work with Ford. I have yet to see any of there calibrations pop engines. This isn't my first rodeo. The key is going with a great tuner with that particular car. I use to drive my STIs 8 hours one way to Doug Wilkins at top speed just for tuning. For my EVOs, I would go to Orlando and have John Jestr tune them. In 12 years the only engine that I have had to explode was due to a local tuner in Jacksonville.

I've seen a dyno comparison post where e85 made a significant amount of power over 100.
That means nothing, unless you have the logs comparing the timing tables for both runs to really see where the gains were made. I was running a pump tune with a can of 32oz Torco at each fill up and my timing was 19-20 degrees. I am now running e85 and my timing is 23 degrees. That 3 degree difference is going to gain me power. You are already running 23 degrees on your race gas tune. Not going to get much more with e85, safely at least.

Which pulley do you have and did you dyno it with 14 pounds of boost and 23 degrees of timing in running E85?
I have not dyno'ed yet. Couple of factors in my case. Elevation is 5200' and the corrected numbers are going to be huge in the summer. Second thing is I am running a high stall, that with the auto is going to skew the numbers. I am running a 8 rib setup with 3.00" pulley and getting 14#s at 7500rpm. The BOSS intake dropped my boost 2#s when I installed it and the elevation takes 2-3#s from sea level.

Yes, I agree. When I went up for the all out call out races, my car was seeing 3-4psi lower at that higher elevation.
