Of course they can. They choose not to because lets face it, most aren't used for off road purposes. Its not worth the risk to these guys. Places like Lund have worked hard to get to where they are and have the reputation that they do.

No you're right. This is becoming a very slippery slope for the tuners. The fines can be huge and people really should be careful what they say the tuners they use.

For people that actually have long tubes and actually have a Lund tune and have gone through this same thing years ago, the logic is already included for headers. No retune is needed. It's been stated plenty of times before. You do not need a re-tune for catless or catted. I have both types of lead pipes for my car.

Lund and Lethal are not the same companies. One specifically tunes cars and will tell you directly what they do and don't do. The other one is in the business to make money selling you stuff.
