I'll be getting a Procharger and nguage soon with Lund tuning and SAS wondering if the car keeps the switchable drive modes with the tuning. Like can I switch to wet mode or track mode after tuning? Do the modes still work the same?

Yes, on my Lund 93 normally aspriated tune. All of them work fine. Sport+ and Track feel amazing with the Lund tune, whereas they did not feel much different on the previous canned tune I had.

Do you feel a distinct difference between sport and track modes with the tune? On my un-tuned car, I can't seem to feel any performance difference. Just seems like the nannies are disabled.

The modes still work the same way they do stock. Just like with stock, the tune/tune parameters do not change based on mode selected.

Modes are literally just throttle mapping and traction control - not more power.

Steering feel as well. And shift points/hold gear in auto.

But yes, no change in power.

would be nice if like sport mode had the cam idle and track mode was like legit track, minimum throttle hang, screaming burbling rage. something like that.
