Just curious if anyone else has done a diy port job on their manifold? I ported my own blower on my 03 cobra when i had it which yielded decent results. I used a dremel, sanding drums, flap wheels. I would assume it would be easier to do the plastic manifold. Anyone else do it?

how would you even know about losses or gains on such an abysmal level?

Looking at a manifold I have on the bench, it looks like most of the gains will come from cleaning up the squeezed-out glue. I have no idea how well these line up with the head ports. Usually some gains there.

Yep. Ported my '17. Now here's the key that I see very few people do. VERIFY with a flow bench. You want as close to equal flow as possible especially with a PFI vehicle.

What was your process? Thanks

Equalize the ports is priority number one. Flow increase is a side affect of the process which is fine by me haha. I generally don't muck with it to much.
