Yes, HP Tuners.

The Coyote Cookbook, Tuning School (Ford) books/PDF's are useful.

The HP Tuners forums are a wealth of knowledge. Some really good people on there and a boat load of older threads from the past few years to sort through.

A person can learn to tune inside and out with enough reading...(I really enjoyed the threads on the process for bracketing cam angles for optimum power)
