My delivery date went from 8/2 to 7/28 to 7/19.
Don't get get too excited, I'm sure you have seen the stories here. Mine went from 6/28 to 6/21 to 6/1. My EDD is 4 days away and the car is still sitting in Flat Rock. Hopefully they get this delay shit figured out by the time your car is produced, I was hoping it would be resolved when mine went down the line on 5/13. But here I am sitting on my hands like numerous others here.

Anyone know if there is still time to place an order on a 2019?

Check with a dealer, but I'd say until mid fall of 2019. If you order it now, you may get it before Christmas, given the snails pace at which they are being released! I'm in the same boat as QWKVUDU23. My car was completed and striped on 03/28/19. Still sitting at the Flat Rock Plant!!!

I agree! You could almost write a book from this thread!

"It has everything! You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll cheer, you'll celebrate the arrival of every 2019 GT350! Coming soon to a theater near you!"
Or will it? (queue Xfiles or Kolchalk theme)

Re: "how many of you new GT350 owners will be installing Oil-Air Separators? Watched the Ford Performance video and they seem sold on them - but it begs the question why aren't they already installed on a $65K+ vehicle?"

GT500's seems to have one stock on passenger side - or maybe that's just for the >$ carbon fiber editions ;-)

To answer your 1st question my ETA is 94 days out and my Ford Performance passenger side catch can showed up this afternoon (the other less important drivers-side one is apparently back ordered at CJ Ponyparts as are my other fall season ornaments)......so i got that goin' for me. But seriously I'll probably have my local delivery hosting dealer slap em in while they're doing the handling pkg camber plate installs and anything else I want day one.

I believe you will have to ask a dealer. I ordered my 2019 GT350 on 29 April 2019, and they indicated that my order was their last allocation for 2019. But if a dealer has not ordered their limit, they still may be able to get one. The reason I say ask a dealer, is that I don't know when all dealers will no longer be able to place an order for MY 2019, neither did my salesman. You may want to specify when you ask if their specific dealership can order MY 2019, or if they know when the cut-off date is for all dealers.

Thanks for the help ATL and Reptile, I appreciate it.

I know the banks closed on regular Mustangs, and I wanted to make sure they're not on the same track. The GT350 doesn't appear to be from what I can tell.

The plan was to reach out and see who has an allocation, but I wanted to make sure that the order banks weren't closed. I don't mind waiting, it just gives me more time to hoard parts. I'm in no rush at all.

The more I look, the stronger the itch gets. I won't lie. I imagine it'll get much harder once my schedule slows down. I'm on business for damn near the entire month of June. My older son rolls into town and we've got the 4th of July trip coming.

As a side note, someone on the GT350 Owners FB page is saying that the banks are closed. I hope that's not the case unless the 2020 banks are right around the corner.

I reached out to two local dealers who did not have an allocation.

Here, this will help alter the "itch":

I have watched that video so much due to the glorious exhaust note!
It will turn the itch into lust for a GT350.
That video is the main reason for deciding on my next toy NOT being a AC Cobra kit car, Vette, or a Porsche!!!!

Here is my latest info (last Friday). There is yet ANOTHER delay in shipping some cars out. My dealer advises, after talking with a plant rep, that there are a number (unk.) of GT350's that are having a part replaced in the shifter mechanism. Yours might be within that group which were apparently produced in March. Mine is being held for this part. It was completed on 03/28/2019. It showed released for transport two weeks ago! No info on when the car will start moving to Maryland. This is the car from hell !!!!! Everything that could go wrong has gone wrong. Ford is definitely on my shit-list, and all they do is offer apologies. I should have bought a 2018 at the dealership for a reduced price. Pissed beyond words.

So nice! Intoxicating sound, too.

Seeing this kinda motivates me to find time to get to COTA as I live 20 minutes away.

Did any of you consider any other car besides the Shelby? I've been going down the list, and I just don't see anything that grabs my attention. I could always look at a ZL1, but I really don't want another Gen 6 Camaro. Don't get me wrong, great cars, but this car really stands out.
