I heard these tires run wide. Will they rub up front if mounted on 11 inch wheel with effective offset of 27?

Its tight in there. I don't know anybody on the 3Rs on a mustang (they seem popular on the cameros)

305 RE71Rs fit. How much wider are the Goodyears in tread width and sectional width? With a 27 offset, I have ~4-5mm of clearance at the strut (sectional width is the critical measurement for that).

That tire is designed specifically for the Camaro ZL1 1LE. I don't know of anyone on here running it, though if you pull the trigger post up as I'm certain others would like to know how they are especially if you had any prior experience with the cup2's which would be a comparable tire.

Only reason I haven't looked at those is not CAMC or 200tw class legal. Let us know how they perform.

Section width is 12.3, same as the RE71R (according to Tire Rack), but tread width is 11.8, which is 0.7” wider than the bridgestone. Section width should be what matters so it might work fine.

I am going to look at the goodyears for track use when I need a new set. I like that they are built for heavier cars a stiffer sidewall construction. My zl1 1le buddies just rave about how awesome they are once they get up in temp. They also seem to wear very well too.

Yes, they look like a good option to streetable R compounds like the R888, NT01, and sport cups. And currently they are the cheapest of the bunch in a 305/30R19.

What the? When did they come out with that? It's been nothing but 20's since release. This is great, good to have options

Yes for the regular Supercar 3, not the 3R. The ZL1 1LE OEM sizes are 19".
