Crazy Crap People Do To Mustangs

Unfortunately we have one of those cars that is a magnet for people that love doing questionable things when it comes to mods. I'm all for people doing what they like and "to each his own," but that doesn't mean I won't laugh or wonder what the hell they were thinking haha.

I recently saw 2008-ish GT500 convertible being driven by an older gentleman on a rainy day. It was bringing back good memories of my dad's GT500 and I was feeling respek for the driver... until I saw the "500 HP" sticker on his decklid opposite the Shelby badge.

Immediately burst out laughing while thinking "what on earth would make someone think that was cool/how could you not be embarrassed/he must not have any friends" hahaha.

I don't mind these much... they make mine a little bit more scarce (valuable).

When I see a Viper I usually say "Nice Corvette" & vica versa. That sends em into a feeding frenzy :lol:

I thought I was the only one! There's a douchenozzle in my area that drives a Viper, and he likes to hang out at this gas station/McDonald's on Friday nights, and he goes into VatoZone, but parks his car crooked on purpose.
I stopped for gas and he walked by and said "Nice Mustang" (with a condescending laugh behind it) and I said, "Thanks, that's a nice Corvette you've got too." He started to turn around, then shook his head like it caused an aneurysm, and continued into the Wilco.

My only problem is do these guys have to lower they 're drivers seat or raise it to see the curbs when turning corners ? I sometimes have to raise mine since I sit so low .

I think a widebody would be cool, but not with bolt on crap. And don't get me started on wings..... why would anyone put that crap on ANY CAR?????

Yeah, I know it looks photoshopped. There are several pics online of that particular one. I've even seen a short video of it rolling around. Google "Mustang on 30s" and sit back and be amazed. :lol:

As stupid as it looks, he saved a ton of money, rides and stops like it should, and could go back to stock with probably some simple green. Kudos for ingenuity.
