The software has nothing to do with the as-built changes...Sync 3 has 2 boards - the main one is the APIM which you interact with using Forscan and holds the as-built data and the smaller one which has the QNX image and it's what you see as a firmware.Does anyone know if you update to sync 3, if that will mess up previous as built changes we have made? I dont wanna mess anything up.
Best
Edit: I meant sync 3 v3.0 my bad... I think we used to be on 2.3 or something

The correct setting is this one:Hey folks,
I tried to change headlamps delay settings, but it is not working.
I changed this:
726-14-02 0101 0101 01XX
726-21-01 01XX XXXX XXXX
Any tips what else should I try? Headlamps delay is still 14-15 seconds in the dark. Driving through tunnels is a nightmare with auto lights, I have to turn on lights manualy all the time.
yesCan Forscan read check engine light codes?
Good to know thanks! I was driving to my friends house and all of a sudden it came on. Hopefully nothing too serious. Not a good timing, financially speakingyes
and can read the wrench tool error also (seem's like other error but not supported by obdII standard)

Thanks for the clarification Falk03. I have the setting you describe in that block. The correct setting is this one:
726-26-01 xxx* xxxx xxxx Ambient Light Sensor Type Cfg: 0=Slow_FNA, 1=Fast_Row
Set it from "0" to "1" and the light goes on after 3 seconds.
I guess you have the European model and there the setting (Ambient Light Sensor) is already configured this way (Fast Row).My headlights go on very quickly without any modification, why yours need 15 seconds?

Sorry, I thought you have the european modelI tried changing the fast row as you suggested, but no difference, still 14-15 seconds delay. Stefano: EU models works different.
