And I just said I was done putting so much money into this car.

How do these compare to the original? I have the Handling springs front and rear. Specifically the fronts. What can we expect from the 50lb/in decrease in the fronts?

I'd expect less understeer from the rate. Should be less tramlining and bumpsteer from the drop reduction.

Frankly, I think the new sp083 is about the perfect mix of drops and rates. I would like to pair the new fronts with my old rears, more rake.

I'll be swapping my front "A" original Handling springs for the "C" revised Handling springs whenever I receive them. I'm pairing them with Koni Yellows and will be putting it all to the test at Mid Ohio in May.

Thanks again, BMR Tech.

I think you'll really enjoy them. You don't need quite as much spring with the milder drop and the balance is beautiful.

Balance is one thing I don't think can get BETTER. The car has a few stiffening items out back, LCA bearing, cb005, FRP toe link bearing, and bmr camber bolts up front, aside from the Handling springs. Balanced handling, very good turn in, if you go in too hot, it'll understeer, if you use the throttle, it'll balance out perfectly. Get it right, and it'll maintain the corner, back off a bit and it'll tuck in nicely.

I'm hoping the "C" fronts will be as flexible and considering I'm adding Koni Yellows and front and rear swaybars, I'm sure I won't have a problem going even faster this year.

Much excite ;)

I just pulled the trigger on a set of these along with the SB044 35mm front sway bar. Hoping they match well with my Koni yellows...

They will match very well. Same set-up we use here on our cars.

Enjoy!

Just in case anyone thinks otherwise, these 980 lb/in rear springs aren't bouncy on the road or track if you have dampers that can control the sprung mass properly.. 250/980 gives you beautifully matched wheel rates and a great street/track dual purpose car.

Tell that to Ford racing with the rear garbage floaty/soft spring rate.

They're supposed to be a dual rate, but acts like a progressive spring. Ask Bluemustang how much better his car got going to these from the Ford Racing springs...

Handling springs and Koni Yellows has transformed this car.

I had the Handling springs for going on 2.5 years (old Rev A) and just threw on the Konis and swaybars. My goodness do I wish I did this sooner. Ride is smoother than stock, more firm/composed also, and just rocks.

Getting an alignment soon and should have road course information mid may.
