Tascas lead time on the buttons is pretty big. The SCCM isn't as bad. Got an email today with these parts and dates:
JR3Z-3F791-HA - 2/14
JR3Z-9C888-CA - 3/23
JR3Z-9C888-EA - 3/8
JR3Z-9C888-AA - 3/23

I called my Ford dealer and he was able to price match Tasca and get me them within 7-10 days so I just ordered those 4 parts through them. My favorite parts guy quit so I don't get super good pricing anymore sadly.

Tasca says the cluster and trim piece should ship today from Ford. Hopefully I'll have them next week!

Lol...

I just order all these parts from them too.. I guess it is going to be awhile before I get the install going.

Figured I might as well get in line with everybody else waiting on parts to come in.

Going to wait on the cluster until it gets little closer, as the mileage could be factor and I drive the car from time to time. Just worried it too will end up having backorder with all this interest in making the swap.

Would be completely guessing the mileage this far out and parts with ship dates of late March.

You may cancel the 4 out of stock parts and get them from your dealer. They should price match them! You'll get everything a lot faster that way.

So you guys that are ordering IPCs, are you using the VIN from your car or from a random 2018?

I used my VIN... I don't think thats a problem? That is a great question though. Should I have used a 2018 VIN? We'll find out this week if my cluster comes in or Tasca emails me saying Ford won't send them a cluster.

2000 USD in total? Wow, that is a lot...
I only spent about $1500 total. I only am doing the cluster swap though no steering wheel.

I just checked the prices with Tasca and it's over 1650 parts only. Let's say it's 1500 - that is a lot for this kind of upgrade. To each his own...

I had a 7% off coupon which helped some. Its not cheap for sure but just depends on what you want to spend your money on.

Anyone successfully do this on a 2015 with MFT?

From reading through this thread I don't believe anyone has. In theory it can be done I believe but all of the features of the cluster wouldn't work. We don't actually know how it would react to not having the input from Sync 3. I'd recommend upgrading to Sync 3 first. Its a less expensive upgrade then the cluster and honestly, it's a fantastic upgrade from MFT.

Odd. My email from Tasca had the same dates but she said we could just wait for everything to come in. Didn't say they had to cancel the back ordered parts.

Just call your parts guy. 7-10 days is what I was told on Friday... So hoping I get those in by Friday along with the cluster and trim from Tasca!

Only one person as far as I know has done this with 100% functionality so far. A few others, including myself, are in the process. As of now everyone in the process have Sync 3. It *probably* will work without Sync 3 but I'd recommend doing that upgrade first since its less expensive then this mod and in my opinion, more useful.
