Are there any differences in ABD between your ABS module and a 2018 ABS module? That might be the key to drive modes.

Look for differences in this line

760-02-02

This line should control drive modes as it allowed me to enable them on my base model. Since the 2018s have different drive modes this line will likely be different.

You could also try reprogramming this line in the cluster back to your stock IPC value

Interesting.... Well programming the 15-17 ABS module is out then. You can try programming the cluster using the line I posted above but I doubt it will accept the data. If it doesn’t accept the data then it looks like a new ABS module will be required for drive modes to function.

Was able to flash asbuilt today with help to 2018 LCD Cluster . Have transmission gears working, no check engine lights. For some reason my RPM gauge does not work any more, no steering wheel switch not working either.

Look in 720-07-01... I forget the exact bit without looking it up, but one of them will mess with the RPM gauge if enabled. Same thing happens using a Lincoln cluster in the Fusion.

Everything is working except rpm numbers in race mode I think, forscan gave me a beta that worked to program. Switch for pony button still nothing. Looking good. Also took off active exhaust which i dont have. Bright lights blue icon does not show up either when lights on bright headlights.

Nice! Changed cluster ABD to get drive modes functional?

High beam indicator could be another ABD issue.

Yes asbuilt change only, found that I changed 720-07-01 and 02 for rpm which I changed to 2016 code.

Nice. Once everything gets sorted we might want to look at putting a list together of ABD lines in the cluster to watch out for such as RPM gauge, drive modes, and high beam indicator if it is indeed an ABD issue.

Nothing to add, except Thank You. I'll be doing this eventually, and I appreciate the work everyone has put in now to figure it out!
