Okay, so I have saved up enough money for an ON3 61mm ceramic ball bearing twin turbo kit with all the upgrades, professional install and AED tune (ID 1000 injectors) and also aftermarket wastegate. My question is how much PSI would I have to run with the stock manifold and the AED tune to reach 700 whp?? Any guesses?

around 12 PSI. I recall a few saying on stock block you want to try to keep it around 10PSI though to be in the more, safer range. Did you not consult AED, i'm sure they can give you an idea if they've tuned the turbos on these before.

More than various other systems on you car can handle. Transmission, 1/2 shafts, clutch, brakes, suspension, LSD....you get the idea.

Unless you've already addressed those things. If not, good luck. And you should do manifolds and exhaust too, it would seem a waste not to.

I made 677 on a mustang dyno @13 psi with a whipple. I know not turbo but does give you a ballpark. Also im lund tuned may make a difference. Also depends on fuel quality.

Yea I put it on my car on 2016/October. Its really a good kit and it drive like stock car no heat or raise in intake temp at all... two of my friends have s550 and just bought it after seening my car.. one of them made 760 whp on 10 psi/93 Octane+bootane and methanol.

The kit is worth it.. but their wastegates are really bad, they worked fine for some but not me, I was seening huge boost drop after 5k rpm .. so after I swap them with Tial 44 wastgate($850USD) they fit and work just fine and no boost drop at all..

On3 Kit with every thing you need
Upgraded CERAMIC ball bearing turbo 61mm
Id1000 injectors
Jms boost a pump
E boost 2 control
Sct device + full tune from Sai li
All that for less than $ 7k

If you want all these upgrades with hellion twin turbo you are are going to pay $13k+

How much power are you making? Why didn't you see if On3 would send you new wastegates?

I dont have this kit BUT I did have their kit on my 02 GT. It was the original rear facing base kit everyone complained about. Their wastegate developed a rip in the diaphragm and I went into boost one time and instead of 8.8Psi I got 18+. A new forged engine later it made 673Hp and over 700Tq on a little 4.6. the piping was great and the turbo was ok but just like now the wastegate was crap and was not worth risking it over so I too went to a Tial and called it a day.

IMHO If I was going turbo on this build i would not hesitate to go with On3 but would upgrade the Wastegates

If you're gonna buy On3 and then upgrade wastegates, might as well go boostworks, etc.
