I like the look of it .. Edelbrock makes some great stuff .. I run their heads on my 500 inch mopars .. Still a little pissed it took them so long to make a Big Block mopar head .. I called them Many years ago and asked if they would make a Big block mopar head and they said hell NO !! No damn money it for them ..Then they come out with the new mopar head and it a big big money maker for them .. Go figure ...

I do like the looks of this kit. This seems to be more of the casual setup if you want something clean, streetable with a warranty.

I can highlight the minor modifications to stock parts during the install:
No modifications are required to the hood or body of the vehicle to install other then bending up the rear tabs that hold the hood liner in place during installation).
There is minor trimming required to the radiator shrouding to install the intercooler hoses.
You have to drill and tap one hole on the timing cover for the FEAD system.
We recommend trimming off some plastic tabs on the valve covers to allow easier access to installing the fuel rail bolts.

2650 kits are available now. PN 15865 for Stage 1 and 15864 for Stage 2.
Kits started shipping as of only 2 days ago. Media release to follow. I hope to see Brenspeed swap over to the 2650 head unit and let it rip. Preferably with a built motor to really take advantage of the 2650's potential. Our included calibration and boost level on complete 2650 kits is safe on stock internals.

When does the warranty kick in? An Edelbrock authorized dealer told me from the time of install. I have always heard that it doesn't matter when it is installed, when the odometer hits 36k, warranty is done.

We have a one year parts warranty that kicks in on the date of installation. This warranty covers you against any manufacture defects on Edelbrock parts.
Our included 3 year/36,000mi powertrain warranty starts from the date the vehicle was first in service. For example, if your car has 10,000mi on it and you install our kit, you have 26,000mi remaining on the warranty (if not already 3 years old).

We actually run a larger supercharger pulley on the 2650 complete kits so power/boost numbers are similar to our 2300 kits. We do this for the sake of reliability/warranty... However, if you want to lean on a 2650 it will clearly outperform a 2300 TVS given the same pulley ratio.
Here is an example of the torque curve when comparing a 2300 to a 2650 using the same tune and same pulley size. I don't think Brenspeed meant that this test was at the same boost level since the 2650 will move more air...
