If you send us a datalog with a legitimate concerns about the performance of your vehicle we have the resources to read a datalog and work with you to optimize the tune to your satisfaction. The MyCal itself does NOT capture datalogs.

I just want to take this moment to address your claim here, I cannot speak for any previous employees or representatives of LMS, But I myself only speak to the positive aspects of our business and products. There is ZERO good to come of muckracking the competition. As a consumer, you should want companies to compete by improving the quality of products and tunes all around. Competition breeds excellence, regardless of the company. So as long as I am the representative on this board I will uphold the highest standard of customer service.
So on the part of data logging how does one go about providing that info to you since the tuner is not able to do it?

On the part of the representation of LMS, I do believe that you represent them well on this forum, and thanks to that I seriously considered purchasing your tune before finally deciding to go with Lund.

The reason these threads take a turn for the worse is because the same haters (you know who you are) like to come in here and start crap. Livernois gets a lot of unwarranted criticism around here by the fanboys. Nothing wrong with being confident, and standing by your product.

I didn't read through the other replys, but it looks like someone with a stock car needs to dyno it with a Lund tune and a Livernois tune. That's a big ask, but idk how else this can be evaluated.

I don't know, if you can look past a couple of the snipey comments I think there is some good info here. Livernois has been doing a better job as of late in ignoring what should be ignored, and clarifying what needs clarification. Beefcake has also done a good job of making sure the Lund side has been represented well also.

Once you decide one way or the other it's hard not to appear as you are taking a side because we all have things we prefer about each option.

Livernois does not data log with their tuner. This has been said over and over. You don't need a car to be data logged if it's tuned right. I'll take dyno tune/street tuned any day if the week over a mail order tune that you log 5-10 times to get it right. Should be right the first time you get it. There is a reason mail order tunes are cheap. Not knocking anyone.
LOL Dyno tuning is the same thing. They tinker with the tune til they get it right. It just happens the same day. It's not like they get it right on the first try. or you'll make any more power from a dyno tune safely! And they sure as hell won't update your tunes for the life of the car like the mail in companies do.

This x1000. Livernois if you are willing to send me a tune and tuner I'd be happy to go to the dyno shop of your choice around Houston to compare each tune. My car is pretty much stock automatic with just a no tune AIRRAID CAI, Muffler deltes, and the optional 3.55.

And that's what I was getting to, no way to data log with what Livernois provides you ...
That has been known, and stated, for quite some time now.

If i order the Lund FF tune initially, will they send me the 91 and 93 tune for free if i request it(i would prefer to try all three 91 - 93 and FF)?

Dyno tuning sounds great if you are doing it for a flex fuel tune setup. Otherwise you are limited for what fuel you have in the tank during the dyno tune session. Livernois is only a 4 hour drive for me so maybe one weekend i can give them a shot for their flex fuel setup. Starting with a 93 and then E85 same day same dyno!

My understanding is yes, once you buy their tune you are entitled to free revisions for life. Don't forget they also have the sport versions of each tune. This is a big plus for people who want to try multiple versions of the tune.

Lund offers the free ghost cam tune if you like the idea of a novelty tune, I'm not sure if Livernois does or not.

Luckily for us there are numerous options as well as a lot of people who are very satisfied with each. Good luck with your decision, and be comforted in knowing that regardless in your choice you are going to be happy with the tune.

I would be really interested in seeing those results, if I was somewhat local to Livernois they would have had a much better chance of getting me as a customer.

I wish this would be clarified because i don't see it stated anywhere. It is one of the things that i like about Livernois. Sport versions is an added bonus.
