PC doesn't seem to look at datalogs. They just seem to make tune changes and send them out. But do your part and keep sending them. I'm originally from SoCal and I'm sure you can find someone to tune your car locally.

Already in hand...I am getting this resolved in the next week one way or another ;)

PC have been good so far, and the revised tune is definitely better than the first tune...so thats progress at least.

This is what i dont get, nothing said about one data log being sent,so just take a shot in the dark and hope it works.Any other tuner when a problem accurs ask for a data log right away.Hope it gets fixed soon bud as i know how it is to be chasing your tail for a tuning issue.

Just to make it clear, after receiving my revised tune on Saturday I was asked to send datalogs if I still wasn't happy with how the car was driving. So Procharger were prepared to dig in and find the route of the problem.

This is my first experience with Procharger, and I have been happy with the customer support thus far.

I messaged Procharger on Thursday night, stating my initial tune issues, and received a revised tune on Friday...as far as I'm concerned that is solid customer service. I was worried that I may be stuck without a new tune until Monday, but they stepped up to the plate and sent me a new tune at 5:30pm on a Friday when they were about to close for the day. ProChargerTECH came on the forum and actively pursued sending my revised tune out, which I think says a lot.

I'd like to give some very positive feedback on the revised tune that I received on Friday. I wanted to put some miles on the car this weekend so I could give a thorough test on the tune.

All of my issues have been fixed. No rev hang. No surging. No codes :clap2:

The car transitions from cruising into boost seamlessly, with no surging or jerkiness.

There is noticable increased throttle sensitivity when moving away from a complete stop, but one weekend of driving and I'm already used to it. Just requires far less pedal to get the car moving. Again, no jerkiness when pulling away, just drives like stock.

As things stand now, I am very happy with the tune service Procharger has provided and certainly would recommend the canned tune based on my current experiences. I'm sure the tune is conservative in power compared to some of the other popular tuners out there, but for me it was never about pushing the envelope straight out the gates. The kit has room to grow, which is why I got the Stage 2 intercooler now, so that I can go for a little more boost, headers etc when I am ready for more power.

The car already wants to kill me when on boost (I thought Michelins were supposed to grip?), so I think I can say I'll be content with this canned tune power for a good while to come

This is very good to hear. I'm in a similar situation: I'm not looking to distill every last drop of power out of the setup, I just would like for it to behave smoothly and as close to stock as possible when not standing on the pedal.

I should note that with my setup, I only started to experience rev hang and other strange, rough behavior at part-throttle after my installer swapped the HO kit intercooler to the Stage 2 on a recent install. Before the swap, it never threw codes, and Idling was not as rough as it is now, although it did bounce between 750 and 1000 RPM for a short period after a cold start. I'm on the 52lb injectors from the original HO kit.

Glad you got your issues solved. My car is still running like crap with the PC tune. I plan on getting an aftermarket tune next month and getting this bish on a dyno

There's something wrong with this story. Good luck with your tune.

Who doesn't look at datalogs?
Whats funny is nearly nobody sends them in LOL.
And when they do, it only has a few PID's...

If we get the data sent in, we review it.
Why wouldn't we? LOL

Please see above.

If you swapped intercoolers you have to swap the ENTIRE TUNE!!!

They are not evey close to related to eachother, and can cause MAJOR engine damage! YOU have to have it fully redone with the intercooler change!!!

The MAF is in the intercooler, and thus changes the entire tune!

Awesome man! Told you we would get it knocked out! :)

He is already fixed up. :)

Now running the same "fix" file that anyone has that had a hanging idle.

I sent the tuning department an email this morning to have a revision made to my start idle.

For some reason on both cold and hot starts the RPM drops too low to the point that the engine will cut out. Had it happen to me twice today whilst out running errands - engine was nice and warm, but stalled due to low RPM on start up.

If I blip the throttle a couple of times as soon as I fire it up, then it is happy and settles out at 750rpm.

I requested a revision to my tune to have the start idle issue rectified.

Can you please look into having this revision sent out?

I had the same exact issue, seems to be gone now. I responded to you in the other thread
