Yea i hear bud,and it could many things causing that symptom.Im sure it will get figured out, good call on the aluminum block though, those fitting should have thread sealant on the threads.Sounds like it may be tune related. Also make sure u ran the vaccum line to the imrc valves to the right spot.

The line that runs from the drivers side PCV line has a t-piece that runs a line to the bottom of the 'Y' fitting in the IMRC diaphragm vent, done as per the install instructions. I am going to put hose clips on each vacuum connection to ensure a tight seal.

Failing that, looking at older threads it seems like a few cars have had high idling issues with the Procharger canned tune, and had a revised tune that solved the issue.

Just makes no sense that it idled perfect on the first drive (but did throw the lean fueling codes), and then the next day it developed the idling issues.

I am pretty sure that the tune needs a little tweak to resolve the lean fueling and high idle.

Got a revised tune this morning, but when trying to flash it onto the car i get the message 'Wrong Vehicle'

I have sent a response to the tuner at Procharger who sent the tune, but am yet to hear back. I would appreciate it if you could check on this for me since we are about to hit the weekend...

I believe he is on it already.

Your car is back to stock right? No more GT350 Throttle body and stuff?
Feel free to just email [email protected] for a reply.

I see all those emails faster then I check the message boards. ;)

I am grateful he sent me a revised tune this morning, but it cannot be flashed onto the car due to the 'Wrong Car (1)' error on the NGauge.

Nice, do let me know if this works out. I would kindly request something similar to try out if it seems to level out the observed issues.

Absolutely. I will be sure to report back once I've driven the car this weekend. See if I get any more codes thrown and also if the idling issues are fixed :)

You seem to have the same problem that several of us have had. PC has not been able to fix this as of yet. I wouldn't spend a bunch of time looking for vacuum leaks. Its a tune issue.

I will definitely report back on Sunday after I've done some driving this weekend on the revised tune.

I've been over the engine entirely, including checking my spark plugs, all vacuum lines, boost lines etc. I am confident my set up has no leaks or install issues. As previously mentioned, I also removed the throttle body and checked the o-ring, which was fine, so I feel like I've covered my bases with hardware.

Hopefully PC can get it straightened out for me :)

Several of us have torn our builds apart looking for leaks and have found none. I finally went to Lund and his base tune eliminated the hanging throttle. For my car the issue was more pronounced when the engine was good and warm. You'll need to puts some miles on to do a good test.

Good Luck

Yes. My car is also more symptomatic when warm. Today it only started surging once the car was fully warmed up.

I'll give Procharger fair chance to straighten it out. Hopefully some data logs will give them some insight.
