Let me know how you make out, i might be very interested.. I'm curious how the GPS navigation works with it. I've love it have the same GUI as tesla (or close) with the dual images on screen stuff like that.

My dad has a tesla and that was something that stood out to me as well when i ride it in with him. Its going to be an interesting comparison lol

Not likely. HD Radio is a licensed/branded technology (whomever makes the head unit would need to pay licensing fees to iBiquity).

I'm curious what the guys base radio guys will do with the 5 toggle switches...? I'm definitely hoping this doesn't turn out to be another TomTop kinda thing, but having Asian videos on it tells me that it's just another tablet from China, and you will likely have an asspain of a time getting SWC's to work. I hope not though. I'm following closely, and can't wait for pics of the rest of the GUI (Radio, Music Player, etc)

Yeah i did have the base stereo originally, but i replaced my tomtop with this unit, interestingly enough i swapped my gauge cluster to the pp gt cluster and when i press the toggle switch mode button the cluster cycles through all the modes, of course in my case nothing happens lol
The unit also had a trailer of fast and furious 7 downloaded and the screen quality is pretty nice actually. What stood out to me the most was how responsive it was, the gps on the unit far exceeds the one i had on the tomtop, it also has android or iphone mirroring and in the case of the iphone the unit acts like an apple tv to mirrow over wirelessly, the unit also has its on hotspot. If you go in the settings its just basically a large android tablet. Inside is 28gbs and thr google play store works to download anything! So far its okay i just want to play with it a little more. Its very customizable.
