I'll agree that all four sensors being out of sync to the same degree concurrently is unlikely. Nor will I doubt your comparative analysis with the two other cars; that would be obnoxious.
There's not much I can offer to constructively help you diagnose a malfunction, but I can offer my experience with the TPMS units in the GT350. The sample rate of the sensors is relatively low; meaning that it literally can take more than a minute to register the actual pressure. I've noticed that if I read 35 psi on a cold tire with a gauge, the TPMS readout may indicate 33 psi. But, after running down the road for a minute or so, the TPMS readout indicates 35. That's a short period of driving leaving my neighborhood, so it's not long enough I think for the tires to heat up much.
That's my experience. Doesn't mean you don't have a sensor issue, but it may be a question of when you're comparing the TMPS to a gauge reading.
