I'm seeing a lot of performance packs over the handling pack.. Any reason why? I'm running a GT PP and just purchased some spacers on a black friday deal, and really want to go the whole way with some springs. I've never purchased just lowering springs, so I want to make sure I get the right set.

While I'm at it, is it just the springs I need? I've seen some threads/vids that talk about lowering springs not being ideal with stock shocks.. Will these be fine with what I have now? Really appreciate any help..

When i bought my performance springs, they were the only ones available. The others came out a few months later. From what I understand, the performance were made to be paired with the PP cars as far as spring rates go. The handling springs may be even better, but I have no experience with those.

I also bought the cam bolt and cradle lockout, I have zero wheel hop. Although I never knew you had to turn off advancetrac before this so that could've been part of what I was feeling.

Would you guys suggest pairing Koni Yellow Sports or Ford Track shock/struts with the 082/089 springs?

I have just a base GT what BMR springs should I get if Im running a 305/35 on a 10.5 +45 rear? Read the sp080 performance is for the PP with its shock/struts.

Could I get away with the FR track handling pack 1" drop kit with this setup without rubbing?

Man-O-Man do I love the stance of the SP080s.

I am super thankful to have all of you guys sharing your experiences and pics!

As for those with questions, I will be on within the next day or two to address! Thanks!

I have a 2016 Mustang GT NON performance pack, are these springs still recommended or is there something better for this particular car? Just looking for a beautiful lower stance to go with my 20x10 Project 6GR wheels. Thanks!

Kelly, I was going to send you a PM but thought I'd post here just in case someone has the same question. I ordered SP080 Performance springs from a vendor on here and the BMR box delivered says SP080 but the springs say SP081B and SP082RB.... Do I have the right springs?

Mine was like that too. One was the front springs and one was the rear set.
I'm sure its right but I want to double check before installing. I dont want to end up looking like the guy who installed the fronts on the rears

Totally get it. I called them up to confirm. Talked to one of their techs who was pretty helpful.

I put on the sp089/sp082 performance springs on my non-PP. The fronts felt good, but the rear was a little bouncy when going full travel. Everyday driving was fine, but there is one dip on the way home that would cause the rear to bounce too much for me. After swapping the struts/shocks to a PP set, everything felt well matched.

Per BMR's website, the sp081 is the front performance spring. The sp082 is definitely the rear performance spring as I have them on my car.
