With the "rumors" going around for the 2018 Mustang 5.0 getting DI and a 10 Spd option I am curious to know what this would do for the CO2 emissions.
Currently the Ecoboost is rated at:
MT: 179
AT: 225
And the GT:
MT: 299
AT: 281
The 2016 Camaro 6.2 with 8 Spd gets 252. Is this a number the Mustang can beat or is the 5.0 type of engine not capable of a number below 252 ?
What's an estimate of what these changes could mean for the CO2 emissions for the Ecoboost and the GT ?
