How does it feel? lateral G's ? How would you compare it to let's say a Corvette or a M3 after your upgrades?

I lowered the Mustang, bigger tires and sway bars, but it is not in the same league as my Corvette. The Corvette has coilover and other suspension upgrades, but the Corvette is 500 pounds lighter and has better weight distribution. That being said, I enjoy them both. Short trips, take the Corvette, long trips I take the Mustang. How does it feel? lateral G's ? How would you compare it to let's say a Corvette or a M3 after your upgrades?
You will NEVER get a Mustang GT suspension equal to a Corvette or M suspension. You can get it sort of kind of but equal? No. The GT350 with adaptive suspension... Yes.How does it feel? lateral G's ? How would you compare it to let's say a Corvette or a M3 after your upgrades?
These guys would like to prove you wrong. You will NEVER get a Mustang GT suspension equal to a Corvette or M suspension. You can get it sort of kind of but equal? No. The GT350 with adaptive suspension... Yes.
It's one thing to get a suspension set-up under the GT to equal the Vette/M, it's a whole nother matter to get the GT's weight down to make it a handling equal. You will NEVER get a Mustang GT suspension equal to a Corvette or M suspension. That's what I meant. I didn't mean to imply the Mustang suspension can't be made significally better but will never handle like the Corvette or M in turns because of the smaller size and weight. It's one thing to get a suspension set-up under the GT to equal the Vette/M, it's a whole nother matter to get the GT's weight down to make it a handling equal.
New springs & adjustable dampers do wonders for this car. Should be mod #1 IMHO.Just remembering some stuff...I know a chassis engineer, he said that the first thing he'll change in every car is dampers!
Perhaps I should actually listen to this guy...
